52 Clicks | Week 30 | Depth
We finished off our month of perspectives in our Project 52 last week with our final theme: depth. Creating depth in your images is like tricking the eye into believing the pictures are really 3D. Some ways to combat the flat, 2D quality of your work is to use layers, creative perspectives, depth of field, framing and so many other creative techniques. How do you like to create depth?
If you're craving some creativity in your life, consider hopping in our P52. Next up is a month of sampling different genres!

Creating the Illusion of Depth | by Abi Coop
A photograph may be two-dimensional, but with the right techniques, it can feel like it extends beyond the frame. In this blog, you'll learn how to create the illusion of depth in your images using light, shadow, composition, layering, and more. Whether you're guiding the viewer's eye with leading lines or adding atmosphere by shooting through objects, these methods will transform your storytelling and visual impact.
